Phase Change Material (PCM) Ice Brick
Phase Change Material (PCM) ICE BRICK/ICE BLOCK products provide temperature control for thermal packaging solutions. These Phase Change Material products store thermal energy as latent heat to provide temperature control for long durations during shipping and storage of biological, pharmaceutical, medicinal, and life science products.

Characteristics of ice bricks:
1) Shell is the food grade High density polyethylene, HDPE for short.
2) The inside of the liquid is coolant, we have high polymer absorbent (SAP) and phase change materials(PCM) for filling.
3) Safe and environmentally friendly.
4) No leakage,hard shell
5) Frozen again and again,save money
6)Can be recycled.

Ultrasonic welding cap

1.With ultrasonic welding machine,the box is well sealed.
2.Not leakage even during long transportation or after many times recycle use.
3.Specially for +5 C degree PCM ice pack use.

Knock cap

3.Suitable for different temperature PCM liquid.

Screw cap

User Instructions:

1.Frozen the ice block in the freezer till they are completely frozen.
2.Put the items (medicine,blood,food, vegetables, drinks…) in the container and save some space for inserting ice boxes. Or you can place the ice box just above the items.
3.The cold life is depend on the quantity of the quantity of ice boxes, performance of coolers, the climate, way of transportation, distance of transportation as well as sizes of ice boxes.
4.The frozen ice packs in the ice box will turn into gel gradually after several hours. Please re-frozen the ice box in the freezer.
This product is reusable.
